Be the "King of the Road" this Winter!

DID YOU KNOW:

...That with cooler weather comes reduced gas mileage? You may have noticed that your MPG has gone down and, depending on the type of vehicle you drive, it can be by as much as 1-4 miles to the gallon. Sounds crazy, but it’s true. The colder it is outside the harder it is for your vehicle to move through that “thicker” air. A lot of people don’t believe that aerodynamics apply to street vehicles, but now they’re learning the hard way that it very much does.

...Another thing you may have experienced as it relates to colder weather is that now your TPS system now claims (and rightfully so) that your tire pressure is down? Again, colder air makes for smaller air molecules meaning lower pressure of the existing air in the tire. Most will go out as the tire grains while running down the road, but if you were on the edge of being too low...you will have to hit a tire store or your dealer (Ford Country will inflate your tire for free) and get the pressure correct

...You may want to operate your windshield wipers for a minute with the use of washer fluid to bring them back into the game as well?

...Las Vegas based Shelby American has introduced their new Ford Mustang GT500 KR (King of the Road)? At 900d horsepower and a lot of aerodynamic work, this stunning new model is certain to be another collector Shelby. Besides being fast as all heck, it looks amazing. BTW: Shelby tours of the Heritage Center and the Production Shop are available; just visit Shelby.com to get days and times.
