Broncos, Lightning, and Mavericks: Ford's Latest HEAVY HITTERS!

DID YOU KNOW:

...That the all new “full-size” 2022 Bronco was on display at the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction this past weekend at the new Las Vegas Convention Center and it was three rows deep to get a really up-close look at it. People were loving it, though I remain a bigger fan of the smaller Bronco Sport.

I will say there are a lot of clever touches on the new Bronco. Ford Country should have one on the showroom floor in about three weeks; come by and check it out! The next edition of Automotive Did You Know will have BJ Killeen, who helped design and run the current Bronco Off-Roadeo events. She'll give us the insights on how these events are conducted and when the Off-Roadeo school will opening in Las Vegas.

...That Ford’s latest new product introductions have been HOT? We're talking over 100,000 F-150 Lightning orders and over 36,000 new Maverick orders so far. The all-electric Lightning has created such a buzz, we don’t Ford expected the reaction it’s received. Ford has announced that the base price will be $20,000: a VERY attractive price. Yet I listened to people looking at the Maverick, commenting that they would love to see a Super Crew Cab, a heavy duty frame, more luxo dash options, etc. So, I guess they didn’t really want a $20,000 truck; they want an F-150. No problem.
